Return Process

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
